Here are a few staples I have in my cupboard at all times, I also use most of this stuff in my recipes 🙂

HERBS AND SPICES

1. Nutritional yeast
2. Coriander  ( fresh or dried)
3. chili flakes

6. turmeric
7. Ginger

9. garlic powder
10. salt and pepper
11. Mint leaves

13. basil (dried and/or fresh)

NUTS, SEEDS AND DRIED FRUIT

1. Almonds
2. cashews
3. dates
4. figs
5. Chia Seeds
6. mixed nuts
7. flax/linseeds

BAKED GOODS

1. cocoa powder
2. Maca Powder
3. vanilla extract
4. nut butter (almond, peanut, cashew…)
5. maple syrup
6. flour
7. dark chocolate
9. Spirulina

CARBS AND LEGUMES

1. bulgur
2. rice
3. pasta
4. dried lentils (red and green)
5. chickpeas (dried)
8. couscous
9. quinoa
10. porridge oats
11. weetabix
12. quinoa puffs

TINNED FOOD

1. beans (kidney, black, black-eyed, baked)
2. tinned tomatoes
3. chickpeas

FROZEN FOOD

1. bananas (great for smoothies or ice cream)
2. frozen berries from summer (can make crumbles or smoothies)
3. leftovers (this really helps me stay healthy during stressful weeks)
4. peas

FRUIT AND VEGETABLES
