chocolate porridge

Healthy twist on a chocolate porridge.


  • 1/2 courgette ( zucchini)
  • 1-2 tbsp of cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp of maca powder
  • 1/4 cup of oats
  • 1 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 2 tsp of maple syrup
  • 1 tsp of almond butter (or any other nut butter)


  1. Grate the courgette and place in a pan with the oats, chia seeds, maple syrup, cocoa and maca powder.
  2. Add 1/2 cup of water and place on a medium-high heat.
  3. Stir continuously for about 10 min.
  4. take off heat, place into a bowl and add the almond butter and your favourite fruit topping (ex: banana, pomegranate, strawberries, raspberries … )
  5. Enjoy 😉
