More and more people are following a vegan or plant-based diet and more and more people would like to but just don’t know where to start. We believe that if everyone went vegan for just one day a week it would make a big difference to your health, animal welfare and also the environment. We are not going to lecture anyone on the rights or wrongs of eating meat or not eating meat, everyone has their own view on this all we are saying is, would it harm you to eat a vegan / plant-based diet just once a week? could it make a beneficial difference to you?
